We provide thinly cut hardwood (3-6 cm), which is increasingly considered a great alternative to charcoal for barbequing. These thin logs are easy to light, they catch fire quickly and after a few minutes they turn into hot glowing embers, without flames or smoke, that provide ideal heat for grilling your favourite foods. Compared to charcoal, this is both more economical and more ecological.
